“Ali designed a specific circuits workout for me which targeting all the main muscle groups but focused on mostly leg work, as I had a sore wrist and wanted to avoid putting to much pressure on it. She talked me through each exercise and gave appropriate advice and tips throughout the session. The session was well pitched with just enough recovery time between each set of exercises. I was impressed with how easy it was to motivate myself due to her enthusiastic nature and 'get it done' attitude. She has just the right mix of tough and encouraging to make you want to work hard.
